First Look at BountyJobs’ Updated Website

Although employers have long depended on direct hire agencies in the US, the process of working with these agencies has been too costly and chaotic for far too long. At BountyJobs, our mission is to simplify the entire direct hire agency process so you can get better results through agencies while also controlling your spend.

With this in mind, we’ve revamped our website to more authentically communicate what we do, how we do it and — most importantly — why we do it. We hope you enjoy it!

We’re proud of every aspect of the new website, but let us give you some highlights we think you’ll particularly enjoy:

  • We’ve created an entire “insights section” devoted to recruiting. We’re building a library of white papers, infographics, and insights focused on topics that can help strengthen the results you get from direct hire agencies. Stay tuned – we have more great insights coming soon!
  • We’ve added more detail on the website around what makes BountyJobs work.We examine why BountyJobs works for talent acquisition leadership, recruiters, procurement and agencies. We’re particularly proud of the way BountyJobs synchronizes with every major ATS, helping you improve the way your recruiters work with candidates from agencies.
  • We’ve updated our company page, giving you a photo and short bio to go with every employee who works at BountyJobs. We love working with you, but realize we mostly talk via phone or email. We thought you’d get a kick out of getting to know a bit more about who we are, because we are very proud of our team and our culture.

Our goal is to make human resources teams formidable consultants to business units, giving the data and insights to proactively make better agency decisions. We hope the resources in this new website help you do just that. Please let us know what you think!
